Bioclean Diaphragm Valve: B400 Series

Feature

1) The bioclean diaphragm valve series are products with sanitary specifications that utilize diaphragm valve characteristics to its fullest potential with a "structure that does not contaminate fluids" and "structure with easily cleaned."
2) The diaphragm completely isolates the flow path from the actuator and outside, and excels as an air-tight valve that does not contaminate fluids.
3) There are no pockets and deposit of fluid and no crevices clearance space for bacteria entry. The body surface is buffed finish and/or electropolished, so there is minimum adhesion. Even in cases with adhesion, it can be easily removed by cleaning.
4) Similar to standard diaphragm valves, this is a simple structure with three units: the "acutuator" "diaphragm," and "body." The top entry system makes it easy to perform maintenance such as replacement of the diaphragm.
5) Choose an acutuator that meets your requirements. Applies to manually operated, pneumatically operated, flow controlling, and electrically operated types.

Superior Anti-Dead Space Products

Feature

1) Product with a compact design with no dead space (no pockets with deposit of fluid) in the valve body structure.
2) Representative products include the self drain type that inhibits deposit of fluid, a sampling valve that allows fluid samples to be extracted, a 3-way valve that allows switching and mixing in one structure, and tank bottom valves which are great for high stirring effect and non-residual emissions.
