Since our first operating years, our goal has been to select the best technologies developed by scientific progress in order to provide high quality solutions, guaranteed by rigorous professionalism and increasingly specialised skills.

    Story

Leopoldo Boscarol founded the company bearing his name in 1954 in Milan, immediately making a name for himself in the sector thanks to the quality of his first products: high gauge valves.

In the early 70s Boscarol inaugurated a new production line, which was very well received by the market: cryogenic valves to support cold plants.

Now in its third generation of management, Boscarol is constantly growing and has carved out a leading position in the industry for the production of increasingly sophisticated tools, e.g. reducers and economisers.

    SPECIALISATION

    Innovation, flexibility, improvement

From reducers to economisers, from cryogenic valves to gauge valves: every single Boscarol product is characterised by a very high level of executive precision. Thanks to our great productive and organisational flexibility, we can accommodate the most various requests of the cryogenic, oil & gas, naval and chemical sectors, both for big and small lots, whilst fully respecting the agreed deadlines.

    QUALITY

    A corporate quality culture

A fleet of avant-garde machines, the best technology in the sector and an expanding production area are a guarantee of the extremely high levels of quality and precision of Boscarol products. Our quality parameters were adopted in 2000 and are today an integral part of the company identity: a guarantee of total control of supplies, organic production planning and cost containment.

    PRODUCTS

    Boscarol technology for pressure control

Functional and easy to maintain, our cryogenic valves guarantee precise pressure control and meet the needs of loading and unloading fluids at very low temperatures while respecting safety margins. Developed for sensitive application needs, they are totally free of any grease traces.

    Economisers and reducers

Boscarol has developed two product lines to manage pressure differences and surpluses, creating solutions that allow on the one hand to make the plant more functional and efficient, and on the other hand to ensure greater safety and financial savings.

    Sensitivity, precision, consistency

Boscarol economisers are a guarantee of safety and financial saving. They stop the risk of surplus elimination in case of overpressure and leakages in case of temperature increase, which are typical for plants without economisers.

    • Restoration of normal pressure values

    • Surplus recovery at its natural location

    • Losses go back into the use cycle

    • Plant safety and economy

Boscarol reducers convey fluids directly into the service, regulating the different inlet and outlet pressures. The working section of the diaphragm is fourteen times larger than that of the shutter: such a ratio allows to obtain a very sensitive, precise and constant overflow opening and to respect the pressure value established downstream.
