Stainless steel safety valve
Stainless steel safety valve is a type safety valve made from 304,316 stainless steel, stainless steel is resistant to rust and used in highly corrosive, high pressure and high pressure environments. Stainless steel safety valve also has 2 connection types: thread and flange.
Structure of stainless steel safety valve
Stainless steel safety valve has the following main components:
- Valve body: made of stainless steel.
- 2 connections between the valve and the pipeline: threaded, flanged or clamp.
- The spring is responsible for keeping the valve disc in the closed position when the valve is in its normal state (inactive state).
- The spring buffer is responsible for keeping the spring in place when the valve is in a normal state.
- The valve disc is a pressure-bearing part. When the pressure exceeds the set threshold, it will push the spring up to release some fluid out.
- The plug is the part that seals the valve.
- The adjusting screw is used to adjust the inlet pressure of the valve.
- The recoil arm allows the operator to automatically release the pressure without waiting for a safe threshold. However, depending on the type and brand, this part may or may not be available.
