Vopak Factory Expansion Project Phase III (VGEP) at Ong Keo Industrial Park, Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province was built on January 30, 2019. On February 7, 2020, after more than 12 months of construction, the project was successfully received, the first product line to put into operation for the entire factory.

The project has an expanded installation scale of 11 Tanks with a capacity of 20,000 m3.
